So, my birthday's tomorrow, so I'm going to have a party on the 29. The theme will be anime/manga/japan. So, I'm going to get some japanese snacks and some cheap sushi, temporarily relocate my few posters and figures to the living room, and download rent some japanese movies. Maybe watch some anime- Hare+Guu, perhaps, I showed some of it to them once and they found it funny.
It seems like there's not enough to do, perhaps- any ideas?

I am not sure about girls, but for us guys we would just play video games and poker. If you can, u should get hold of a deck of anime poker cards; it will make playing poker a lot more interesting if your friends are into anime as well.

Only if your friends are otakus, and don't try to cosplay because successful cosplay is hard to pull off, and fail cosplay will be laughed at for years to come. :p

Hmm, I do have Lucky Star and Fate/Stay Night cards that I had forgotten about. Thanks. Video games are good, dunno though cause there's going to be more than 4 people, but it's good anyways as backup.

You could also introduce to them to a good old fashioned japanese "hello". BTW i swear to hell if you didn't get what i was implying...
I guess you could also put up some wallscrolls if you have em.
Oh and to make it an "otaku" circle jerk put in a hentai vid for the bigger creepy effect make it one with loli rape or just sibling secrets ooh or dark future. Hmm and for games you could play a dating sim and argue over which girl to go for. Oh wait that's the lose all friends and get a police visit B-Day party isn't it.
So yeah i guess the wallscroll thing is all i got right now.
