I would not underestimate religious extremism and the ability of the internet to disperse information.

It IS truly sad that people will take their dependency on fairy tales this far.
And let's be clear, religion is about a dependency on fairy tales, myths and imaginary beings.
The only difference between a nice religious person and a nutcase religious person, is the nutcase is likely a dangerous individual. But sadly they are both into believing in fantasies.

Sukunai was right though. If you know you're a decent person, don't take insult at what he said. For all that matters, he just stated that religion is based on things that humans made up, which is exactly true.
If you're religious, but can live normally with those who aren't, you're a fine believer. That's great. Although complaining about someone pointing out something about your religion that doesn't sound nice puts you in a position not so far from those muslim extremists.
