In regards to this threads' original intent. During my time away i actually read about a woman who had her site shut down in the states(i think) cause it had incest and kids STORIES on it pure text.
We had to read a story about a small child being abused in our class last year. Denmark btw.

In other words: FBI agents aren't going to come smashing down your door because you downloaded that sweet loli pick off the channel, but it can be used to incriminate you if you're already in trouble for something related or unrelated and they're searching your computer.
