  1. Chen Xiexia being the first woman to lift 120 kg in the Beijing Olympics is a pretty big feat. And China should feel pround.

I hope to see some other woman beat her record in the (near)future and lifts more than 500 lbs.

Also, did I mention that China has one of the longest standing physical combat traditions in the world?
No one can deny the amazing things Chinese Martial Artists have done with their bodies. And goes back into ANCIENT ancient times before Christ.

By the way I am not against the ideas of socialism in Communism. I am against the ideas of any sort of rulership. I'm just too anarchistic and libertarian to agree with someone so in charge. I think Libertarian Socialism is a much better idea that what China currently has. Socialism can be good, I won't berate China for taking communism on in that light, but Authoritarianism doesn't work well with any government, including socialism.

Communism reminds me too much of conservatism(the monarchical, royalty kind which existed in the time communism as an idea formed). Just replacing a more capitalist like king with a more proletariat supporting king. And really, a proletariat supporting king isn't THAT much better than a aristocrat supporting king.

Your knowledge of communism is a bit lacking, and since the manifesto wasn't necessarily completed there are so many variations.

I speculate that because there are variations of communism, and the one China is using is more of the left-wing radical; not the real thing.

Also, Most Americans love some communistic qualities such as: Free education, free health-care, and such; but you're right, it's capitalist. Communism is lovely, it's my party.

first of all America does not have free healthcare and and our education system is horrible.

second you can have both and STILL be capitalist (see every first world country on earth)

third it's not free your taxes are ungodly and just to be mean there is no such thing as a first world communist country, ever wonder why? Maybe cause oppressing the people like a fascist while killing natural trade and advancement opportunities is bad for the economy?

It's nice to split up your GDP one year but when everyone realizes they get the same thing they don't work as hard and your GDP shrinks dramatically. It's the John Galt line. When you realize you can have all your free time and all the welfare you want why work? For a better home? You don't even have the right to OWN land in a communist country.

Socialism has all the benefits of communism accept that it's far more effective. Although I still think the American system works the best with the exception of the bad healthcare and schools that need reform. Personal property rights, personal freedoms, multiple parties, high employment rates, and all those other things we had in the 80s.
