I remember last year there was a SanCom front page article about a loli and her mother rolling in body-oil. Some call that art, some call that porn.

At least in America the reasons vary and ihave NEVER heard of something like that being used for it. It was not aimed at this topic just in general. I just really meant if you have a hobby that harms no one just do it. The rest of what lilith said was a bit out there though. Anyway I understand were lilith is coming from, Fetishes are all about the taboo, the feeling of "wrong" in the act, maybe I am depraved, maybe sick, fucked up yes but all human beings are fucked up we all have dark things deep down and are capable of doing horrible acts, each and everyone of us, I personially like the dark side of things, thats why I enjoy my 2D violence, incest, rape, lolis, beastility, tenacles, etc. The feeling of the "wrong" and nastiness from it, so you could properly call me sick, depraved or fucked up, its my kinks and my fetishes, the sour and sweet feeling however what me and other lolicons do not approve of is the loose word of "pedophile".
Its like the use of "fag" when someone calm someone else is a "homosexual" when they are not. Pedophile is unexplainable, it can come from sexual abuse or some other abnormal desire, lolicons do not desire real children (most of us), I for one like women around my age, I love a good pair of boobs or a nice shaped ass, I love talking with a woman who can keep up a converstation, I find kids are cute and annoying but can't seem them in the same light as pedophiles. lolicon is a fetish, its like rape, people have a problem with it and it will never go away, you think racism is over ? or prejudice against homosexuals ? they still have it, athiests are hated among a lot of religious people and if given a chance a overzealous person would kill as much as they can. Anything abnormal and not in the social norm is shunned, being a nerd is looked down upon in some sociel groups, being a virgin is also looked down upon, if you do not agree with the majority they will look down upon you, that is how society works.If people won't so afraid of what others thought maybe things would be different we try and fit in and keep all our business hidden, we all can agree, everyone has a different personialty around certan people, we act a certan way and behave differently, its like two faces on one coins but in different shapes, we let people know what we WANT them to know, that is how it is and how it will always be, I can't change or make anyone to believe that lolicons and 2D fantasies are not dangerous, I can't have them see the stimga attached to lolicons is wrong, neither can I change their feelings towards us, all I can do is try and inform and argue for not only lolicons but guro, yaoi, yuri, incest, rape, tentacles, beastiality, futas, traps, lolis and all freedom to expression for oneself, I may not like some of these but I sure as hell will fight to the death for them.
tl:dr:- I agree with lillth for the most part but I would like to try and remove the stimga of pedophile from the public that is attached to lolicon and the negative views of fetishes, kinks and 2D fantasies, however as I am one man, I am not able to and would instead just argue for all fetishs no matter my dislike or disagreement with them and also like the feeling of the dark human desire.
PS:- fetishes may not be normal or accepted however fuck normal and acceptance, be abnormal is more fun and society are a bunch of sheep that have no free thinking of their own.

It depends, I find that most people using the word loli are either talking about porn or some kind of fap material ( AKA looking at cute girls that aren't doing anything sexual )
So a painting of a naked kid is not porn if is not meant to make people fap over it. But if a person tells me about a loli painting, it still may not be porn, but I know that that person is into little girs one way or another.
