Looks like it's still in development. I keep watch on everything new that comes out, when it's coming out, and I'll probably be getting whatever trading set she'll be coming from whenever I see them up.
Whenever they announce it's release date or whatnot that's when you'd check otacute and hobby japan to see if they'll get it. Though, I don't know if either of those sites accept money orders, but they're among my trusted sites, since I've heard of plenty of sites that sell bootlegs more often than not.

I believe its still in development, as she appears to be in the detail stages.
