No the biggest difference between a man and a woman is the uterus (and ovaries) and the testis. The penis is just a long urethra. you could have a dick and still get pregnant with a uterus (artificially of course)but you can't get pregnant with just a vagina. Just like you could get someone pregnant using a vagina that ejaculates using a pair of testis., you would probably have to use your fingers to insert the cum. This is all in theory of course.
