Video game pros and cons

  1. I got very interested after reading online, I was wondering if anybody else would like to share personal pros or cons from gaming.
    Pros
I personally have learned many social skills and made friends all over the world, whereas otherwise, I wouldn't know much about people from other countries. I did take up skateboarding for a while due to interest from a game. (THPS FTW) They have also helped me relieve pent up aggression, and ultimately are the origin of my pacifism. Kept me out of trouble in high school. (Thats a big one, I was a handful)
    Cons
Lack of sleep. (Obviously) Disputes with my parents over "that stupid game."

I only play Call of Duty 4: Modern warfare online, used to play WoW, like 2 years ago.

Yet due to the ammont of games i play, my oral english is about twice as good as the suckers in my class :)

  5. cause i play games to find the weakness in the games, once i found it usually i don't play it anymore. that's why i prefer offline games.

i actually enjoys installing the games and tweaking it to make it runs as smooth as possible rather than playing it. That's why my desktops are cluttered with a lot of game shortcuts.

  7. I thought of another con. I use slang from games to often. Camped, aggro, repop, words like that get me a lot of weird looks around this area.

  18. Con: It makes those around you (who aren't playing) think you're wasting time, when clearly, you're on an important mission.

Pro: Who cares if you're not exercising? You're using your brain to solve problems in the game.

Typically those problems could be solved by a 7 or 8 year old.
