      Hello, do you need to be approved to be able to create a topic on the forums here? I tried making a topic and it never showed up.

      I might have even double posted accidentally because I thought I didn't submit it properly once it didn't show up. Especially after the 2nd time I'm pretty sure I did it right. I hit post and then the topic never appeared.

      It says in my profile activity log that I posted a topic but the topic doesn't exist.

      This forum occasionally makes posts disappear in spam filters for absolutely no reason. It never occurred to me that this can also happen to entire new threads, but it makes sense (that a bug that causes posts to be invisible can also make topics invisible, that is. Not that things disappear in the first place).

      Moderators regularly check what's been caught in the spam filter (I think). Your thread should appear when the filter gets cleared.
