It don't got a synchronisation or any kind of voice actor so there are no subs needed.
You also could say the dvd is just like the most DBZ episodes, only fighting with a "to be continued". The same episode in 3 song versions: instrumental, miku and miku remix.

I'm only willing to admit i'm in my 20's
