   This is a subjective matter. My opinion is quite farce and I can't decide.
   As for now, I'll claim 3.

   1.) Reiuji Utsuho
   2.) Izayoi Sakuya
   3.) Rumia

   But when it comes to Ultra Favorite thingy, I'd honestly give up since I can't choose.

   don't forget to check if there is a eng patch for it.Most touhou games are eng patch translated but not all.
