   I've seen worse than that... Must have been maintenance. Turning off the database when backing up, then forgetting to turn it on afterwards.

   Sorry about this.

   It's not related to normal load - I think it's happening when the DB is backed up.

   Should be fixed soon...

    Well, I still can't acces the channel. Still get the 403 error. Maybe because i'm still using IE7. Guess i should consider installing IE8.
