Ahhhhh, I seeeeee, exactly the things that you do with a bar hostess... of course, how stupid of me.
Owell, at least it's an improvement over those little Mii's... no offense, but I like looking at hot polygons throw a sphere around to simulate bowling than a pile of what looks like the female bathroom sign in 3-D throw a sphere to simulate bowling.
You can get them drunk too according to Kotaku. I can't read Japanese so I have no idea if there are other more H related features.
BTW, I'm being totally sarcastic. Who'd waste their time going bowling with a bar hostess if you were actually able to get a date with them? You'd be spending all your time trying to get into their pants.

Anyways, I sorta scanned through the website, and apparently, it's not a Bar Hostess game, but rather, a game based on the Yakuza... kinda like GTA?... haha Idk, but it's based on the Yakuza, and is about power, corruption, and the dark side of society... and stuff like that.
I guess the bar hostess thing is sorta like a side-bonus?... lol on their website, the "cast" section only has ONE female, and it's a 12-year-old, lover of the protagonist (who, btw, looks like a 30 year old, at least, and Yakuza-like person). Only good thing I can see is that the girl is voiced by Kugimiya Rie (yayz!).
Are you serious? Kugimiya Rie? Wow...that's the last thing I'd imagine her to be in.
