   I was curious on how to work on something like this. If possible, does anyone have any pointers. For example, what I want to try with this image to make a sort of silk-see through approach. But, I haven't gotten anything decent as yet.

   I use Paint Tool SAI

   the technique is mostly about the layers... always preserve the original picture.

   Testing again, but with another image. This is just a step one process. I know I have to do cleaning some more.
