If you're just reducing the chest I can't see any problem (there's no crime in liking a flat chest whatever UNICEF may have to say about it), but if you are trying lolification that is highly illegal, as it counts as virtual underage porn or some other rot.
Anyway, as this is just petankification, that is not a problem, but please be aware of the legal issues here.
