  4. What a national shame. As a CBC I feel ashamed of what the Chinese animators are doing. Definitely a rip off. Guity of charge. Case closed.

  5. Ahahaha, China itself is just a cheap fail copy of japan (nothing against chinese people here). Almost every chinese mangaka copys his works of others. XD

That's kind of funny considering Japan started off as a fail copy of Korea and China.

Still violating the idea of intellectual property rights is on the road to freedom. If only America and the rest of the West would get on this road.

  7. But getting money for others work is named stealing, that has nothing to do with freedom.

    The freedom to steal.

  9. You think they would have at least changed the details of the animation a bit, but no they chose to replicate basically the whole anime. In the end they gave birth to this ugly twin that everyone despise.

Just want to note that the Chinese anime fans apparently are very angry about this balant rip off too.

  10. But that would kill the freedom of having works protected.

Afaik they created the animation so they are getting paid for that work. Perhaps they copied an idea but ideas shouldn't be protected. Ideas should be free. A free society has no need for intellectual property protections. Besides they only restict and stunt growth. Let competition in the market place weed out the improper use of this freedom.

Having works protected isn't a freedom but a restriction and it needs killing.

  12. Then we should have the freedom to kill you, without you protecting yourself since it would be against our freedom.

  13. BTW stealing is when one takes something out of the possession of another and puts it in his own possession without permission. You can't steal a thought. One can only copy it.

If you invent a time machine and Hitler decides to steal your work, would you be offended? I agree that ideas should be free but at the same time intellectual properties should be protected. A rip off is simply not an idea.

It is no one's right to take the life of another which is irrelevant to this topic.

It is also no one's or agency's right to hinder the flow of ideas.

Though in both cases people illegitimately claim rights they don't have and back it up with power as if force ever made anything proper.

  16. You are eopic fail. You said that there should be freedom for everything, that includes killing.

I am a great supporter of Hitler. I would be honored for him to duplicate my work. A rip off is simply a copy. There is no harm in it if the creator is truly skilled. Otherwise he'll need to consider a new line of work if he can't generate new ideas in his field. That is how a proper functioning society should work. One should not be allowed to rest on their laurels which is exactly what IP rights permit. This is a perfect example of sloth, one of the six deadly sins.

I never indicated that in any form. You are trolling too hard because I have insulted you in the past.

A free society needs to recognize certain basic rights like the right to life and the right to intellectual freedom which IP law hinders.

  20. That statement still doesn't express the sentiment you believe I expressed that there should be some sort of free for all. Restricting another's lifespan has nothing to do with freedom.
