I actually don't know the name myself, since it was a reaaally long time ago when I was familiar with Dragonball, but I believe he was called Mr. Satan? at least that was the name that I recalled...

His original name was Mr. Satan / ミスター・サタン, but I believe the English dub had a different, censored name for him?

Yahhhh, that's AE 2008... that's the Student Union Building of UBC in the background, and I don't think there are any other conventions held in UBC other than AE...
