Thats upsetting. I hope whoever was responsible got sued to death and charged. But on a side note, the comment about having no clue about the danger of drains...my father told me horror stories about pool drains killing people when i was quite young, so i never went near them. Seems like this overprotective society we live in nowadays makes us blind to the obvious threats at times.

I have heard of this form of death in past summers reported by the news. The media still delights in the oldies but goodies. Death by pool drain is advertised in the latest final destination, I believe that is the name of the film, but it looks to be a drowning death and not a disembowelment related demise.
