   So yeah, I guess some of you already know about this thing,I barely did last year.

   An International event in choosing the Moe character.
   last year they held their 1st saimoe event. which Fate Testarossa won over all, 2nd place winner Yuki nagato and third was Kagami hiiragi.

   and the participating countries where: Japan, America, Korea, England and others.

   apparently 2009 ISML has begun and surprisingly some Touhou characters were able to participate due to the doujin anime of it.

   I wouldn't consider Kagami to be moe. Miyuki and Yutaka were the moe characters in that show.

   I'm thinking of someone whose name begins with "Tsu" and ends in "kasa"...

   That's a bit harsh someone will bound to vote for her

   yeah touhou there's 5 of them who already made it and I lol-ed at hakurei's picture they used a pic. with her armpits showing XD

   even if she's on one of the fav. list she would have to battle it out with this top contenders Ranka, Sheryl,Yuuhi, Mikoto and Chihiro(sbus orihihC will definitely vote for her)

    What i do not like about ISML is their tendency to bring up old characters into current year battle. I do not know how their mumbo jumbo gemstone work, but bringing back "their" own fav character into battle sound like playing with the system whatever they pleased

    It's on Scheduled Events just click
    Preliminary Period, Phase II, Day 2
    1500 GMT, Tuesday, 13 March 2012 and you should get a list of characters that you can vote on pics of characters and each list has 3 characters where you can only vote for one character
