Video directed by self-professed Sailor Moon fan McG (Terminator Salvation)Not-So-Daily Links of the Day: The Stylelist and Frisky blogs report that actress Kirsten Dunst appeared in Tokyo's Akihabara otaku shopping district in a sailor-suit costume and a blue wig for a video directed by McG (Terminator Salvation). According to Ideeli, the video will be screened at an exhibition later this year at the Tate Modern in London.
Dunst voiced the title character in Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's Kiki's Delivery Service. McG had said during a June advance screening of Terminator Salvation that he likes Sailor Moon and other Japanese anime and movies, and he added, "I love Akihabara!"

This should be long in the fail cosplay gallery... I'm sorry but it looks like the woman put together tons of random crap together! If she'd tried a little harder she may have pulled off pseudo-decora.

LOL...Dunst. She worries me. She looks like she's trying to get attention. Once apon a time she was very bankable as a star. When I first got into my Biz (around the time of "Spider Man 1") Many people laughed at her for selling out and playing 'Eye-Candy' like Mary Jane (in "Spider Man")- then they saw the Box Office, Sequel rights, Merch, Back end, marketing, video-game & animated tie-ins and Hollywood females realized that one Role would pay 4 or 5 times over in publicity & press. Every client wanted their own "Kirsten Dunst style make-over project".
But fans began to loath her, She started getting a bit 'Political' and full of herself & she's not exactly glamourous in real-life- she just does her role & collects the check....that and she had a Drinking Prob and was in Rehad in England for it a year or so ago. Jessica Alba, Kristen Bell, Kate Hudson, Scarlett Johansen, & Brittney Murphy get most of the parts she'd be good at and I think she got 'burned out'.
Kate Bosworth & Jennifer Garner (and Alba) became the new "Comic Book" chicks...mainly cause Anna Paquin was doing College & Theater. Dunst probably couldn't get any gigs other than "Spider Man"...there was talk she wasn't even supposed to be in #3.
What am I saying?...I think Kiki is trying to find herself. It screams for attention. She should follow Anna Paquin's steps and do HBO or Showtime and show her boobs in some critically acclaimed show. This is also why Scarlett Johansen & Gwenyth Paltrow toke 'low-ball' salaries & wedged themselves into "Iron Man 2"....that Indie Film stuff don't pay the bills and they probably think TV is 'beneath them'.

Kirsten Dunst is back on the booze, it has been claimed.The actress — who has spent the past 18-months trying to stay sober and checked into rehab last year — was spotted drinking in a Los Angeles bar on August 18, according to the National Enquirer.
“She told [a companion] to order her a double vodka on the rocks… he held her by the arm to keep her stable,” a source told tabloid. “Even though she was wasted, she looked like she was trying to hide her drink in her jacket as she walked toward a couch.
“But minutes after she sat down, Kirsten gulped her drink.”
Dunst, 27, said last year that prior to her stint at Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center she was “enormously co-dependent.”
“I wasn’t taking care of myself emotionally. I wasn’t expressing my anger,” she said. “I was making nice all the time.”
