Also i like darker skin as well it doesn't have to be necessary light some india women a hot and most of asian women in general if they aren't princess then they are likely to be a little dark/tanned

This doesn't seem to be only about skin color (which can vary within races to some degree), it seems to be mostly about race.
In which case I pick Caucasian, although I consider "Nordic Pale" to also be "Caucasian".

When I put nordic there I thought about the norns from Oh My Goddess. Added pale so it fits pure white "ice girls" as well.

to me Asians have better skin texture and condition than Caucasians, i can see a lot of caucasians taking a holiday at a tropical country and their skin looks horrible. a lot of red dots all around those white skin and it turn me off pretty fast.
But the funny thing is not all have this type of condition, i've once met a cute and petite British chick (loli X3) working in British embassy and she looks just fine.
