You may be aware that there is a useful extension for Firefox which lets you upload images onto Sankaku Channel with the right click context menu.

There are a few things to bear in mind:
If it is incompatible with your FF 3, you can easily force it to activate using the Nightly Tester Tools extension. There are no major issues.
As for easily using the uploader, you can turn FF into an image browser for your local machine's files using the MozImage extension. An even more straightforward way is simply to drag your images onto FF's window and access them from there.
It's worth checking the images go up ok if you are doing a lot, as sometimes errors do not show up obviously, but this only happened to me once so it may be a fluke.
