Clannad...ON EVERY FREAKIN AFTER STORY AND SOME SEASON ONE EPISODE!
Lol. Another Clannad fan. Out of the ... 36 episodes I've seen, I've probably cried in 24 out of 36 of them.

damn i cried a lot in clannad too :( first season brought me to tears in every arc except the twins'. the movie made my tears flow. but as for bawling, no other anime has come close to what twin spica's first episode and 5th episode did to me. damn that show!
5 cm per second and toki wo kakeru shoujo brought me to tears too
I series that I remember for actually shedding tear are Dennou Coil/Hanada Shounen-shi and Fullmetal Alchemist when the dog(?) die -*-.

WHAT HAYATE DIES!?!?!?.... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. (only followed the manga)
Cardcaptor Sakura must have been the first time that I was like, "WTF? I'm being moved by anime." It was that elevator scene, I believe.

some parts of gunslinger girl was pretty sad
Some sections of A Certain Magical Index made me cry, especially when you find out about Index and how she keeps having her memory wiped. *sniffle*.

You don't have a heart.... haha j/k. Have you watched the Key works already?... those are like one of the saddest animes/games ever.
Hmmm...
Anime which made me cry like a 5-year old with a skinned knee? Not really any that I can remember. As for manga though.... yes. Ichigo 100%'s ending had me bawling. I had went through the entire 18-19 Volume set over the course of a 30 hour period.... even before AND after an eight hour shift at work. I basically didn't do more than eat, sleep, and dream about the manga, including at work. When Aya and Manaka were on opposite sides of the door after showing the second Film Club's movie just letting it all out, I lost it. I had wanted those two to wind up together, and then having it not happen pulled the rug out from under me. That's how involved I was in the characters at the time.
Ai-Ren was another manga which made me think, and tear up.
As for movies which made me cry? I'd have to say the last one was The Sixth Sense, when Bruce Willis' character finally realized *he* was the ghost holding his wife back from living her life. Or possibly she was also unable to let him go too? I dunno. It got to me.
Now parts of Howl's Moving Castle made me cry, but I generally don't.
