    1. create (free) nico account.
    2. go to http://www.smilevideo.jp to upload videos
    - use your nico name/passoword to log in.

    Protip: Don't have a nico account?
    Try bugmenot. Been using the same account from BMT for quite awhile. The only problem is when people fail at entering the password too many times, then the account gets locked -_-
