It was like the tried very hard to out do Beyond Thunder Dome in visuals and weirdness and then decided to come up with a plot.

the star trek reboots are fine, entertaining, and while stupid and filled with holes and problems, their plot somewhat sticks together
oh and also Jennifer Lawrence is nominated again, haven't seen the movie but I'll take a wild guess and she plays a neurotic yet funny bitch and looks cute/hot. She gets nominated for the same thing over and over, she's the new Merryl Strip. A descent actor, who gets nominated over and over and over for no good reason
