Local Japanese Festivals

  1. I'm just wondering does anybody have "Japan Towns" where there from?

If you do, do they hold seasonal festivals?

I was driving in San Francisco last year and i went by post street(japan towns main street) and saw a bunch of Japanese girls dressed in Yukatas and i was wondering what the hell was going on ^-^ it looked like hella fun. That and i was pissed i was stuck in traffic for like 30 minutes.

heres a pic of one of the girls yukata coming undone
