    Hey folks,

    Yes I am alive, and as always things on the web still annoy me so I fix them :P
    This time it's idol.sankakucomplex.com's turn (didn't test it on on chan.sankakucomplex.com but should work the same).

    Requirements
    A browser that supports userscripts and the querySelector.. so basically bye Microsoft browsers and hello rest of the world.

    Install Greasemonkey (Firefox), Tampermonkey (Chrome, and possibly Opera?).

    Download the javascript file from tinyupload.com and install the script. In Firefox it works by opening a new tab and then dragging the downloaded script in that new tab. Visit (or refresh) a video on idol.sancom and you will have some nifty controls. Make sure greasemonkey and the script are activated.

    Here's a link so you can test if it works

    [edit]Sancom forums are annoying as ever, can't attach the file, not even when zipped -_-

    [edit2]Don't trust random Javascript files? Neither do I..
    just create a new script and run it on https://idol.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/* and/or https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/*
    The only code it needs to contain is:
    document.querySelector('video#image').setAttribute('controls', '');

    Bruv, I'm on Firefox and I can already simply right-click the video and choose "show controls" and it comes up with pause and volume controls.

    Nice mfc model taste though.

    Well it's the same controls, just always enabled without clicking :)

    I mostly needed a quick way to mute in case I opened some obnoxiously loud porn scene in a tab.

    uhhh thanks ;)

    That is indeed very useful, but with your scripting knowledge, can't you write something that mutes the videos by default?

    I could but I don't always want it muted, mmmh maybe I'll modify it to make videos start pauzed.
