I dunno, a sizable chunk of our black undertow is at least smart enough to be able to use guns and sell drugs to naive suburban white kids. Nevermind all the BLM protests they do. The median black IQ in the US is 85. IIRC, the median abo IQ is in the 60's, lowest in the world. I can't imagine abos protesting en masse if the drunks in that video are a representative sample.
