Why is there no technical support?

  1. Have you asked for technical support via the supposedly-relevant thread lately? If "yes" did you ever receive a useful reply? Are there any actual Sankaku Complex workers helping us with technical problems? My guess is the universal answer to the second and third questions is a resounding "No"!

    If by some miracle you actually received polite and useful advice via the technical-support thread, please tell us what you did to rouse Sankaku Complex from its seemingly never-ending slumber. Thank you!

    He doesn't read the forums, and AFAIK he's the only one who can really change anything.

    Truth is that we don't have many tech experts and the most support you'll usually get in the stickied thread will be getting your posts out of the spam filter or advice on how to set up your browser or a proxy.
