    I accessed the website chan.sankakucomplex.com for many years but recently I cant even view the page of the website.
    I know some of the causes that will blocked me to view the website like:
    - parental access control
    - blocked by government
    - blocked by admin
    But, I accessed the router admin page and local pc's parental access control, they are empty.
    Let's say if the website blocked by government, but my friends can access the website and somehow I can access idol.sankakucomplex.com.
    The last possibility I have is blocked by admin, but I didn't do anything wrong to the website, I just access the website as usual.
    However, I can access the website by using vpn where I get this method from asking Google.
    But, I need to know why only me cannot access the website and how to access the website without vpn.
    Please gives some opinions. Thank you.

    and even if it Was only you then the likely-hood of the issue getting fixed might not happen as other issues that affect several others. not to mention it would more then likely that it could be an issue caused by something you changed.

    the more likely scenario is what aneko said.
