Only if I cause a nuclear war but then the world seems to be going to hell in a hand basket anyway.

Global warming is out of control, species are going extinct, the American nuclear family is a dying species, many companies today do not grasp the concept of a work life balance,we have ISIS,multi multiculturalism, privacy and liberty are being eroded in the name of security and the wealth gap is at its highest since the gilded age.

It's so bad that all the engineering problems of colonizing another planet seem a lot easier then fixing this one.

As for Koodles and Dickbutt I think teaching their parents about safe sex before they were born definitely would have a positive effect on things.

    >implying we have any margin of control over the climate
The Earth has existed for billions of years before humans and has had a climate ranging from volcanic gases to massive glaciers and will exist millions of years after us until the Sun envelops it when it expands into a red giant.

And there have been numerous mass extinctions throughout prehistory. Nature finds a way.

Humans are so narcissistic to believe they have some kind of mantle of responsibility over this planet.

Yeah, plus everyone likes to think everything is so much worse in their time. I think life's pretty cool right now.

I agree, some things could be better. But I'm pretty happy with my life for the moment.

No sorry char, noble thinking but even if you're fixing these problems there will be always unpredictable other shit.

I wanna buy a vintage bicycle and fix it up.

That's actually pretty cool. What do you understand under vintage bicycles by the way? I mean, they haven't changed much over the years. In all probabilty not one of these... :^)

Lol! Close, but something a little newer. Like something from the 40s or the 50s. It's true, the basic design hasn't changed much since the last century.

I know we cannot destroy this planet yet but we can damage the environment badly enough it can no longer support us.
Such as burning down the rain forests and over fishing the oceans all the while breading like vermin.
Of course nature will eventually recover but humanity will be long gone when it does.

Yes some things are kinda nice but overall thing have gotten a lot worse over the past 20 years.
Free speech used to mean you could say what you wanted but now say the wrong thing they may take you away.
The American dream used to be something and it involved having a work life balance.
To travel by air you are now treated like a prisoner.
Now on prisons the US has a larger prison population then China.
All this and you want to say things are great?

I know I sound crazy and maybe I am or perhaps I'm so sane that I can see through the rouse the people in charge want me to see.

I know I cannot travel back in time but it's a nice thing to fantasize about.
Perhaps I should concentrate on thinking locally and work on improving things where I'm at maybe we all should.

    In the process of doing:

    - Decide which state to become certified, and in which subject
    - Get a job as a teacher

Hey I actually accomplished some of it! I did finished my degree, decided not to get certified in teaching, and am in the process of getting a job as an interpreter! hooray! Pantsu is not a complete failure!!!

As for the other stuff, most remains the same, only ya know, now the focus is on being a full fledged fag tranny and all that entails.
