I don't give a FUCK about society and it's half-assed constructs. Substitute any word that means 'someone who enjoys sex' and works equally for both men and women. My word of choice is 'Human', but you're free to choose your own.

1. Male has a large penis (probably above 10 inches)
2. Male has a small penis (probably below 3 inches)
3. Male pushes in before she's well lubricated.
4. Male ejaculates before female has reached orgasm.
None of these requirements give less pleasure to the male, so you can't argue your bullshit argument of "All pleasure being measured from the male's perspective".

People still use it widely to refer only to women. Women and men both do it. I haven't seen any indications of language evolving along those lines except from the feminazis/feminists on the fringe along with their effeminate male sympathizers. Right, I completely agree that right now, slut and whore mainly refer to women. However, no one is ever able to predict the beginning of cultural movements. Especially considering the advent of internet memes, we may be witnessing the evolution of the words slut and whore as we speak. Someday, SaruDa will perhaps be written into etymological history. Who knows.
