The way they word this tries to imply there are businesses selling online and at gun shows without a federal firearms license (FFL) or conducting background checks. This is not true. The only exemptions is for private sales, as in me who does not run a business of selling guns, selling a gun at a gun show or placing an ad online.
Nowhere in America can you order a gun and have it delivered to your house. Private sellers at gun shows do not have access to the background check system (except for some states).
Now, what this EO is more likely to do, at the worst, is require ANYONE who sells a firearm to get an FFL. If this does happen, oh have they thrown us in the briarpatch.
