Seriously, take a good look at this pic. This screenshot was taken from the International Saimoe League's website, and it shows some of the entrants for this year's tournament:

I'll give you a hint: Who's the inbred dyke that thought it was a brilliant idea to put male/bishounen/gar characters in a moe-based (hence the term Saimoe) character contest?

This has got to be worse than the proxy-voting that plagued last year's tournament. I mean, come on--The term "moe" is about cute and adorable in the "I want to protect her" sense, not cool and admirable in the "I want him to protect me" sense.

Damn fucking bitches from the shoujo anime fangirl crowd.

Are you fucking kidding me? Kurama is badass, Yagami from Death Note is badass, Kyon is more of a generic "male character" in a harem, Ciel is ruthless and badass and Lelouch is just plain pathetic. None of those guys fit the generally accepted definition of "moe".

In any case, Atma-nee's right and everyone can be as moe as possible.
Heck, even Ku-Fei can be the moe-est Moe you can see.

Unless I actually see a "moe" characteristic in the regular sense being illustrated in whatever anime/manga/game the character comes from, as opposed to someone's non-canonical dreams, no, that's not a fact. I won't be convinced that a totally independent badass like Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho demands my tender adoration as much as, say, Yui from K-ON! (or even the silly, fun-loving Ku Fei as mentioned above--She reminds me of Su from Love Hina) unless the creators somehow changes his personality/behavior in the show in a way that demands such treatment. Otherwise, they belong in SaiGar.

If the OP has read the main page or even the short sentence at the beginning of the voting page, he would know that those characters are not officially part of the tournament. Or he did, and wanted to take the male contestants out of context and talk smack about ISML.

This match is a one-time occurrence because it is an overtime match. Because of the way the voting system is scripted, you need to vote in at least 8 arena in order to submit. So it's either the staff make you vote in the overtime match then 7 blank arena or we fill the other arena for "fun." Unfortunately, some people took it a bit too "seriously." We decided to fill all 32 arena to break the monotony of the long round-robin tournament so if you don't like the male matches, you don't have to vote in them.

In other news, we hope for your participation in this match.
