Nah, revolution would break out in Kommiefornia long before that.

Texas would curb stomp California badly in such a war.

hey i have a good idea
why dont we just sexually identify as a gun? that way we can be like "muh freedoms" and then get gun marriages passed
already tried, white patriarchy doesn't check their privilege and oppresses ammosexuals.
Pink pistols is a thing too.
I learned about the Dunblane school massacre, which "effectively made private ownership of handguns illegal in Britain." It largely inspired the Port Arthur massacre a month later, which led to Australia "restricting the private ownership of semi-automatic rifles, semi-automatic shotguns and pump-action shotguns as well as introducing uniform firearms licensing."
BUT YA CAN'T TAKE OUR GUNS
MURICA
Now look up Cumbria shooting bearing in mind it happened 14 years after Dunblane and the resulting massive gun control.
The Port Arthur massacre is also a suspect event, most notably for me of the killer's laser-accuracy: 32 shot with only 29 rounds fired in the cafe.
The Cumbria shooting was interesting, given that I don't remember any significant calls for greater gun control after it happened (besides the usual "herp derp background checks").
Shotguns get a huge common sense exemption from gun laws. Possibly because farming would be impossible without them and possibly because the people who make the gun laws like to go shooting pheasants.
The Cumbria shooting does show that a determined person can easily go on a spree even without fully automatic guns with huge magazines.
I'm guessing if your fast, or skilled enough. You probably could fire a lot of shots. Even with something like a flintlock.
He went around in a car picking people off in a fairly rural area
And mind you, it's easier to hit someone with a shotgun
Very true. In a video game I can shoot three zombies, with a single shotgun shell.

And if it works on zombies, it will work on people from Cumbria

A law passed as a knee jerk reaction to a tragedy often ends up doing much more harm then the events that resulted in their passage.

The whole thing reeks of foul play and disinformation on the government's part.

So were you using slugs and were they lined up behind each other?

Weird. Maybe he took some shells as souvenirs.
Since then, most of the mass murders in Australia have been arson. While it's partly due to the increased gun control, I'm sure it's mainly because it's borderline impossible to get things into Australia. The UK is close to many other countries that still allow firearms.

No, It seemed to be pellets from the look of things and no. Though, I understand that video games exaggerate things... ^^;

Are you fuckers telling me that Resident Evil isn't 100% accurate in its depiction of guns?
I suppose you'll also try to convince me that a .44 magnum doesn't make heads explode.

Actually, they can.
Killing 3 zombies with 00 buckshot at close range though? No.
