chowder an american cartoon has its main character voiced by 12 year old nick jones and hes very good at it, but then again the shows character is annoying and telling a 12 year old to be annoying is like telling water to be wet. but hes good at his job and i very much enjoy the show

Not according to lolicons. They stop fapping at 12-13 and 14 at the very latest.

I assumed it was voiced by an adult female like every other little boy voice. I guess they expected chowder to have a very short run. The voice or the character of chowder isn't annoying though he is suppose to be at many times an annoyance to the other characters.

Hmm according to the treaty of rights and freedoms of '98 imposed by the organization of lolicons, Article 69; "The leaders of the lolicon division which each country shall decide what age is fappable"
