I was going for an Alien chestburster, may have went overboard on pumpkin guts. The Alien is made from a a Summer Squash. It was worth a shot though.
Next on my to do list: An old tube tv + a stuffed shirt with a black wig = the girl from Ringu (The Ring) on my doorstep.
Considered slenderman in the trees but thought nah.
I haven't put mine up yet, but I'll post a pic when I do.

Saw a girl who dressed up like an NES controller. Showed no skin and I bet she got twice the phone numbers of the girls dressed like hookers.

I once made a Cylon Jack o lantern though I used a microcontroller to run the lights vs a 4017 counter based Larson scanner.
