so I just learned there's such a thing as rat-shot
so am curious, is this a type of bullet or a caliber? and is it used in a rat-shot specific gun/rifle or can it be used in any other/certain other guns?

A special kind of bullet, usually in .410 shotshell or .22 LR.

would it be effective then, to kill niggers? seeing how they're like cockroaches, and thus small but numerous vermin, which is hard to kit accurately at close range, as they scatter around when confronted with justice?
but really tho, in terms of killing people and/or animals you'd otherwise eat, would it be less/more/equally effective than 22lr?
