REALLY?... DoctorK made a Politics thread. This Thread is a Cultural News Item for an Event that hasn't even Happened Yet?

O'Reilly has Fans - Jon Stewart has fans. Both have VERY popular Cable TV shows. See Khan... there's the "Civil War" on PBS and then there's a Rifle or a Uniform from the Civil War that is being sold on History Channel's "Pawn Stars".

See the Difference? I could ask always ask the ADMIN himself (or his subordinates) to clarify the rules for making threads??

PPV event with Two TV Ideologues talking "Current Issues" VS What?? tell me is "Absorption" the new Buzz Word or Dog Whistle for how we silence FREE Speech or kill threads??

Actually they've billed it (if you watched the clips) as debating "Issues that face America"- That could be anything from: Ice-Cream Flavors, Which Ideologue had BETTER Book sales, to the NFL Lock-Out, to the general 'Tit-for-Tat' Bullshit talking heads usually engage in.

See jackass the event is a "Media Event" because both men are IN THE MEDIA...and you have to pay $5 to see them do a "Live Performance/Appearance" (who knows what they're say?) - Right?? It will be "NEWS" after it Happens....BUT STILL....Not Political. Know why??

Cause neither guy has any control over the Two OTHER guys Running for Office.

Romney & Obama = FREE tv debate of Government & Head of State

O'Reilly & Stewart = PPV enterprise based on an "Appearance" where the two men talk about stuff that interests them and bust each others balls.

NOT unlike Howard Stern going to judge a beauty contest with Donald Trump - Celebrities vrs Federally PAID Public Officials

Well, you played "That Card" - why did you say that. You'll never be able to use that "excuse" again. I fixed it JUST For YOU, cause like you admitted "You were Mislead".

I thought writing in "Ice Cream" or "Two mammals with arms" would've been confusing so I choose words people might find "interesting". But from now on we'll play the "Tag Nazi" Game.

'Face Value' is a subjective term, you know this. What else? Anything else I can do for you? Was the Font not to your liking?

It could! that's entirely possible - but really ANYTHING (Infinity) vrs 'Politics' - you don't really think it's going to be ALL about Politics do you? I bet you not even 1/2 will be as political as you think.

Did you see the Daily Show clip? Stewarts going to spend 1/2 his breath GOOFING on O'Reilly (books, Long Island background, his fame, how Big & Irish he is) - O'Reilly will spend 1/2 his breath with 'comebacks' and telling the Audience what a 'pin-head' Stewart is.

People are going to see them "Bust on each other" - not get 'Sound Political advice'.

That's what O'Reilly thinks - lol. O'Reilly is trying to 'sell it' as that but we all know that's not why people will tune in. Even Giascle knows what's going to happen.

I even heard O'Reilly say "Even if your not going to order it, get it so you can support the charities involved"- I was like WTF?? Just say what the charities are so they can GO THERE directly. But No, he wants there to be lot's of PPV hits - cause you gotta wonder where does the 'Other 1/2' of proceeds go?

OH yeah... Breaking News. "someone" typed 'Politics' into the Tag Line field - it won't let me "X" it out (like I did earlier) because I didn't type it.

So...now, we're back to DEFACING the threads. We get Aneko & Khan & gas to cry & argue about "politics" when they are probably the one's typing it in themselves. So now, it's out of my hands.

Go call the mods to rundown whom ever "typed" 'Politics' recently into the Tag Line - after I know I "x"'ed it to prove a point.
