I've never hear anyone say that, and I work at a high school, so am up to date with what's hip and dope with the youths these days
And I'd say it is morally wrong to kill just for that, but if that's one among a series of stupid issues like that, then yes. A good series of goofy times would be justified and morally obligated, tho.

I worked at a regular high school, which had a program for students wiff mental disabilities. So while the part of the school I worked had a good chunk of the autistic, down and rtard students, it wasn't all of them
the school in which I work now is also regular, and am not in their sped program, but instead I work with general population students who need additional help
