  1. A week ago, a United Nations panel has called for the legalisation of prostitution and drugs to combat AIDS and sexual abuse! No joke!

    =======

I am not even going to bother reading the article...

However, from what has been placed, its still ~ "in proposal" and "called for"

This aspect of all similar type - 'entertainment' - concerned has been going in this direction since the 1960's anyway. - it will come full circle soon enough...

  6. Drugs & prostitution?
Oh well, the UN headquarters is in New York.

  7. Don't know much to say about calling for prostitution to be legalized, except that from my own eyes, the only real obstacle to it would be religion and morality(admittedly VERY abstract ideas that are hard to prove). I can see the Westerners adapting real easy to this, but... East Asia? Middle East?

Now when it comes to drugs...

People like to look at Netherlands and say "THEY SMOKE POT LIKE COMMON CIGARETTES AND THEY'RE STILL A DEVELOPED NATION!!" With all the drug related violence going on and on and on dragging the society down for decades and taking God knows how many lives, it's really easy to just look at one thing and hastily call it the one savior for all problems.

Deep down, I think all the problems in regards to drugs won't go away with legalizing it. No, not even if you give it time.

Worse yet, I can't even explain why I feel this way. Well, at least I'm no politician drafting laws for your country so spare me the flaming. lol

Oh, and this topic reminds me of this conversation a few cop characters had amongst themselves in The Wire in reference to the ongoing 'war against drugs'.

"Hell, you can't even call this shit a war."

    "Why's that?"

    "Wars end."

  8. Prostitution is already legal here in NZ. As for drugs, I don't see why marijuana is illegal, its much better for you then regular cigarettes are and you cant OD on it like most drugs.

  9. The point is this....either you legalize drug or prostitution...it aint gonna remove the problem completely...there will still be human trafficking and other illegal drug being distribute...same business as usual, but it will definitely reduced by quite a lot

But at least...at least most country will have balanced budget to overcome this economy crisis that slowly spreading over time.

Illegal business are racking up billions of dollars, excluded from taxation...try to impose the same tax as alcohol/cigarette or even higher...

I'm sure crime organizations in the US view beer as a major profitable product.

    Why I hate modern feminism.

Most of those bitches don't really want equality. They're really just going after 'superiority', which in essence just makes them all hypocrites. Yet they gain support because they're given to by politicians(both men and women) who only want nothing more than to appear as saints to the general public and gain votes. All the while, anyone who questions something wrong about them completely gets accused of misogyny. So much for 'free speech'...

Honestly, I wouldn't be against feminism in its original form; supporting rights and equality of women. Femen though is just a populist movement who cherrypicks their topics. Where were they when women in volatile African countries are being raped to the heart's content by both rebels and government soldiers? Why did they shut up when some female teachers in the US manipulated some boys' ignorance and raped them? Show me your boobs all you like, but even you are using sex to pull attention. Pretentious waste of breaths...

That is true but they seem to get the worlds attention on the issue at hand. Femen to my understanding of the groups goal was trying to end Sex Trade and sex trafficking in the Ukraine.Even if they do something stupid as showing us there tits to get the point across it wouldn't matter to some people Femen is very much are distraction to everyone.

The only thing that bothers me is the UN itself considering in 2005 was the U.N sex scandal and there bad record of handling countries issues.

The problem is in Africa you have some leaders who can run the country being donated billions of dollars but don't do much but spend it on luxury items or pay off a Warlord or two.

    ======

Well, I am (already) going to fucking hell...

As I have partook in the pleasure of a high-class prostitute for an entire weekend, while in Germany, I drink the Devils Drink (coffee) which is addictive, and yes.. as I openly stated before... I did smoke some Marijane (back in the day) before it was expensive and (before) it was synth'd.

So, far the postings are all stating the same thing ~ its a circular issue ~ no matter how you look at it, the results will be circular in effort and will only bring on (other) issues yet seen or experienced.

    IMO ~

I don't care one way or another, I am (already) way past that issue, did that-done that, and that's the pay-off...

Half the shite I done (already) was done, when it (actually) - 'meant something' - and not like it is now.. when its just a fucking fad.

And here I always had thought that such a thing as 'high-class prostitute' is in itself a fad. Who cares as long as she looks fuckable?

After all, STDs don't discriminate, right? lol

    Isn't that a POV Sir?

I always thought the opposite, as the regular street professional was the fad, because its easy to obtain..

Surely, anyone who will partake in such endeavours will always (check and ensure) that STD will not be an issue. - before (and) after ... because in reality who really goes to a doctor to actually discuss such things until its too late?

(imo) - if your paying for it on that higher tier level, its more than likely, that's not going to be an issue. - besides other circumstances are also in play concerning that aspect.

Being responsible is one thing, being a moron is another...

  19. The UN actually considering doing the logical and responsible thing for once I'm very surprised here.

BTW I think the people who decided to make needles restricted drug paraphernalia should face trial for mass murder because of the number of new aids cases it caused.
Punishment should range from being made to be a medical guinea pig to death.

As for the guy who made chemistry set glassware contraband in Texas he should be made to live out the rest of his live as a human guinea pig.

Public school history books refer to that time as the Prohibition Era. The big & small-time criminals made tons of money selling anything drinkable with alcohol in it. And then there was all the violence, and not just from Al Capone. So much for allegedly Christian-inspired social experiments.
