This happens in an episode of Xena, Warrior Princess. Xena and her friends are trapped in a one day long time loop. I think Xena was the only one to realize this. She had to work out a series of actions that would break the loop. It took so long, and she grew so frustrated, that in some loops she killed one, two or up to all of her companions, who returned to life when the loop restarted.
