Big fucking deal. Obscenity laws were only declared constitutional by a 5-4 ruling decades ago and it's only a matter of time before those are struck down once and for all. The current "conservative" Supreme Court has by large margins seen fit to apply First Amendment protections to violent video games and videos of animal torture. It's only a matter of time before 3DCP possession (not manufacturing) is the same simply because you can't prove that the 3D in an image is a real person or not. This is merely the first melting of the iceberg. Now whether you agree that's right or wrong is a totally different topic.

I think this law is pretty much in effect in most countries, It's just that they don't put it up there on a pedestal for people to argue about it. Stating that it's legal is pretty unnecessary and brings the whole matter to a boil with moral outrage focusing on one side of the case. I just hope this doesn't get abused by assholes putting up a CP streaming site with a node in some undeveloped country.
