I think this is a good thing. Think about it. How many times you gone to a website and some asshole posted a ton of CP? It happen here before. It also happen it the picture channels. That shit gets saved in your cache.

Looking at such subject matter could be considered free speech but it's creation does involve the exploitation of children.
I don't think viewing and collecting such should result in prison time as that should be reserved for the sickos that do more then look such as the ones that make it but I think it should carry hefty fines and possibly court ordered psychiatric counselling.
Though it is good that cache files are off limits as people can view such things on accident.This is why I feel 2d and CGI is ok as there is no exploitation of children in it's creation.

well appearently the law still allows punishment for those who save it to ther hdds on their own but if they just see it online, like if i were to just post an image on here, everyone but me can see it and be in the clear.
