   Another proposal they put down is the IMMEDIATE RESTRICTION of FREEDOM of SPEECH and EXPRESSION in a national emergency (i.e.: another major earthquake like the one on 3/11/11, a terrorist attack, the passing of the Emperor, etc.)!

   Need pictures for that?

   It may become the Meiji Constitution 2.0!
