They are only publishing. They aren't getting say in Zwei.

Shinji Mikami left capcom in 2006. He started Platinum Games with Kamiya and Inaba if you don't recall. They made MadWorld, Bayonetta, Vanquish and Infinite Space for Sega.
They are making the Metal Gear game starring Raiden as well.When the 3 left capcom, Their unit Clover Studios got closed down not long after Mikami left. He does not like Capcom. They've done dirty business with him being caught in the crossfire.
He's been respectful to them though, he hasn't spoken harshly about any of the lackluster expansions of the franchise he took part in birthing, or himself conceived for the company.
Godhand was the last thing the trio did for Capcom if I recall.
