  4. I am from the Philippines. Just to let you know, the primary eaters of dog meat are Ifugaos (aborigines from Benguet, Northern province of the country), it's part of their ancient *stupid* culture or tradition. Ifugaos/Igorots/Aetas are in the extreme minority, not even a direct descendant of Filipinos, they are black skinned people (It's like saying White Australians are from UK and Ireland.), something is really wrong with our history. Next are the drunkards who belong to the lower class (poor people) who can't afford real meat but not all of them, there's sea food as a substitute. Overall you can't find a restaurant, dimsum house or hawkers who offers dog meat here that's not legal (I guess we follow the "civilized world", We have *weak* laws to protect animals like putting pigs to sleep before they turned into commercial meat) unlike in Korea.

    btw some undocumented South Koreans operate "dog fights" here and they operate this gambling online.
