    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

    Relax.

Us filthy gaijins can still play the game. Some shady dudes posted on PSOW that several players from the UK and Netherlands can't get into their accounts anymore but everywhere else is business as usual. I too had no problems accessing it a few hours ago.

Not to mention, they can't outright commit mass bans; many foreign players have also PAID MONEY to get Arks Cash into their accounts. Going ahead with massive IP ban operation would be a huge PR disaster and even hurt the overseas port they intended to save when they added the 'no gaijin' clause.

Never the less, all the guys at Block 20(de facto foreigners' block) are taking precautions such as taking out English from their Autowords and to rarely chat via public channel(where everyone in your proximity can see your text bubble).

Unfortunately, I only saw one handful of people, including myself actively talking about it on these forums.

If you wanna start fresh, you'll need enough bros to go along with you because the English community's social state within the game right now is at all time low thanks to the IP ban scare; no one's publicly socializing in the lobbies and, to me, it got a whole lot more boring. Of course, you can always play alone, but with the game having expanded to implement features that seem to force you to form a team as you progress, you'll be having a hard time.

All this wouldn't be a problem if you can hold conversations in Japanese and fool them into taking you along. Don't think you can though, lol.

TL;DR: Stick with Guild Wars 2 until the US version actually happens.

  7. The owner of Konachan has also made a guild in PSO2. You might want to take a look on the Konachan forums.
