    damn. i always thought they just published their games... then why is it that everything else ea touches is crap and bioware's stuff is actually good? like battlefield, for example, ever since ea owned dice (at the end of the bf2 dev cycle) their games have sucked.

    This just turned my world upside down...

    This isn't going to work for two reasons:

    1. They'll get their money eventually. The gapping hole in March will be offset by the massive spike in April.

    2. As you said, this isn't really about piracy. That is an excuse to push this "information control" legislature and the media industry are just tools.

    I can wait on buying games and DVDs until April.

    I'll just spend my money on my other hobbies.

    I been wanting a new gun or I could buy a new carburetor and intake for my truck.

    Too bad they didn't pick May as I spend most of my waking hours outside during late spring early summer.
    Well it's been a warm winter so maybe this March won't be too bad.
