I've come up with a list of phrases to filter, which mostly purges 2ch and jpn sites of racism and stuff you don't need to see (there is a lot because a minority of extremists like to spam there ideology )
Here's the list of words to filter out when using any internet service in Japan. Most people who use these words have something negative to say about it. (Only enter the kanji when filtering these words)
韓国(かんこく) Korea
韓国人(かんこくじん) Korean
朝鮮人(ちょうせんじん) Korean
チョン - derogatory term for korean
ちょん - derogatory term for korean
外人(がいじん) - foreinger
外国人(がいこくじん) - foreinger
害人 (がいじん) - foreigner (derogatory)
白人(はくじん) - white person
毛唐(けとう) - derogatory term for foreigner, white person
毛唐人(けとうじん) - derogatory term for foreigner, white person
中国(ちゅうごく) China <---may not be nessecary
中国人(ちゅうごくじん) Chinese <--- may not be nessecary
You can use a script called WebAborn to filter words in your browser (You need to install greasemonkey)

There are filtering options in 2ch Browsers for when viewing 2ch
Nicovideo also has a built in filtering feature.
After applying the filter it will purge the sites of racist spam. I just wanted to share this because I don't want people to get a wrong impression, especially for those who are learning to read Japanese on the net.
